She appears as an average woman in her early 40s, with short, dark, curly hair, usually wearing a black and white floral dress, usually with a cardigan or plaid jacket. She appears to have moderately high humanity, without seeming notably monstrous. Timeline: 1981: born Nina Teresa Esposito-Lopez, in The Bronx 2019: ghouled by Guillermo “Gill” Torres Had to save Abuelo from being held hostage by Gill before all of the family’s assets would be “requisitioned” Kept as a quiet “behind the scenes” agent causing bureaucratic headaches to help him leave the city seamlessly/subtly sabotage some of the Anarchs on the way out 2020- Embraced by Guillermo “Gill” Torres Sire fled the city to Hoboken when the Anarchs rose, leaving her to be his eyes and ears ** in NYC and using her to maintain his contacts in his absence 2021- Nina is released from mini-Accounting and pushed into joining the Anarchs, and is sent to study their ways around the Northeast. She truly believes in the Anarch cause, but is expected to report back to the Camarilla with any of her findings and any info that could help them retake New York. She complies because Gill has way too much collateral on her at the moment for her to stop her reporting. She’s a lifelong (and unlife-long) New Yorker who still lives a few blocks from her parents and lives with her ghouled sister, Diana. Bio: Nina was born in Mott Haven in 1981 to a large Puerto Rican and Italian family. She became a social worker and worked her way up through the various social services agencies of New York, becoming the guardianship coordinator at Adult Protective Services. Her Sire ghouled her first and used her to inconvenience his rivals, before deciding it was time to see if she was worth Embracing. Her Sire Embraced her right after the fall of the Cam, to have eyes and ears in the city and have a pawn who’s so well-connected. He ruined her life by having his company take control of her abuelo’s guardianship, only allowing her to see him if she signed on to use her skills and connections to help him, and he was only released when she agreed to the Embrace. Her Sire has her siphon money out of dozens of peoples’ conservatorships, along with manipulating the city’s various departments to keep funding the “charities” he uses as fronts for his business. He also has collateral on her, showing her accepting a laundry list of bribes and kickbacks from his shell companies. The patients get great care, as long as they or their families keep donating blood. RUMORS: She can't actually use Oblivion. She's been seen walking in the daylight and isn't even a real Lasombra.
