Black haired, fair complexion, and blue-eyed, Vega does not fit the classic perception of his Latin ancestry. He waits. He remains at rest until his body is called into action. He favors comfort and practicality in attire over fashion.
Vega del Rosarios is extremely competent when given clear orders, falling in line with having a military background. It’s unclear how long he would have survived without his militant history. He’s oddly literal. He asks obvious questions with visible effort yet it can feel like he’s either suppressing something sharp or is not fully comprehending the most simplest concepts. He pauses too long before answering. He overcorrects himself, and has been known to parrot someone else’s idea back, though most of the time it’s slightly wrong. Some of his questions may be practical, but tends to miss jokes that are not obvious to him. He speaks less, listens more, and when he does talk it’s measured, precise, and faintly cold. Emotionally, he’s flat rather than explosive. He shows considerable restraint. Instead of shouting, he withdraws. Instead of threatening, he waits. Emotionally, he flattens out with a blank compliance. He follows along, agrees too easily, and lets bad ideas happen. Under duress, he turns, be it ever so slightly, to the comforts of his Puerto Rican heritage.
