Description

Joaquín Almodovar is an muscular Cuban man. He favors short hair and a beard and finely tailored suits. He looks charming but intimidating. He can often be seen driving a vintage black Porsche 356.

Timeline

1890:	Born Emmanuel Garcia in Havana, Cuba to a wealthy family with separatist leanings.
1895 to 1910:	Following the death of his father at the Battle of Dos Rios, Emmanuel and his mother are sent to a reconcentrado. A few years later, his mother dies leaving Emmanuel an orphan on the street. He turns to petty crime to survive and gets quite good at it. By 1910 he is a formidable figure in crime near Havana.
1910:	Emmanuel attracts the attention of Luis Aguilar, a fierce and loyal member of the Sword of Caine. Impressing the vampire with his viciousness and will to survive and thrive in the Havana underworld, Luis embraces Emmanuel into the 10th Generation.
1911:	Emmanuel leaves his accounting as a Initiated member of the Sabbat. He and Luis join a Lealista-leaning pack in Havana.
1911 to 1940:	Emmanuel and his pack become a feared force in the Havana underworld. Though not squeamish about violence, Emmanuel cautions his pack against relying on it too much and making too much noise; that they should use soft power as well. His warnings are not heeded, though. In 1940, Emmanuel visits Miami to meet with some human associates. While Emmanuel worked in Miami his pack, including Luis Aguilar, is caught by a rival gang and destroyed in a fire.
1941 to 1958:	Emmanuel returns to Havana and reconstitutes power with a new, less brash pack. Emmanuel's knack for balancing intimidation and charm proves very profitable for the pack and they do well for themselves.
1958:	Fidel Castro's July 26 Movement overthrows the Cuban government. In the chaos that follows, Emmanuel disappears and his pack is scattered to the winds.
1960s and 1970s:	Emmanuel resurfaces, now known as Victor Cruz. He is a nomadic Sabbat member during these years, eventually settling down with a pack operating in the New York City area (including Akka Karhu).
1976:	Victor's new pack disbands after the destruction of a local Bishop. He stays in the area for a few years, Unaligned
1982:	Victor moves to Holyoke, Massachusetts.
1983:	Victor joins The Anarch Movement in Western Massachusetts.
1983 to 1994:	Victor helps found a human gang, the Pandilla Callejera del Canal (or "PCC") where he is known as El Castillo. He manipulates them into fighting against Camarilla interests in Springfield, Massachusetts and to beat back other threats to the Anarch cause. They prove quite effective and make a name for themselves in the criminal underbelly of the area.
1994:	The "Victor Cruz" mask is abandoned and he takes on a new Mask: Joaquín Almodovar.
2019:	The Camarilla abandon Springfield, Massachusetts and the Anarchs take over. Joaquín serves as a Gang leader.
2024/12/31:	The City of Springfield, Massachusetts is all but destroyed in a night of fires and violence; the Free State of Springfield buckles under the attacks from The Second Inquisition.
2025:	END TO DAWN CHRON LAUNCH Joaquín, along with the other few survivors of the fall of Springfield, move their operations to the north, settling in the "Five Colleges" area of Western Massachusetts. They form the Free State of the Five Colleges, where Joaquín loses an election to Suge who becomes Baron. Joaquín, Committed, becomes the Leader of the Las Colinas gang.

Bio

Joaquín Almodovar is charming but vicious, a claw in a velvet glove. Some question his commitment to the Anarch Cause...you can take a vampire out of the Sabbat, but can you take the Sabbat out of the vampire?

Las Colinas Gang

Las Colinas is a gang on the Northwest side of Northampton, Massachusetts. It's members see the importance of the freedom of vampires to be vampires, and explore pursuits and passions greater than human.
