Jonas Hailstrum, is the head of the Hailstrum Family, and owner of Nistowa Ranch. An able bodied rancher, and wrangler by trade. Where he's managed to amass a small fortune, and purchase decent acreage to support the livestock, and horses they rear.
In his earlier days, Jonas, was a "competition" quick-draw artist, and avid shooter. Competent in most cartridge based firearms, his perference being lever action rifle, slam fire shotguns, or dual-action revolvers. However, an unfortunate brush with death, left him seeing and hearing voices. Least that what he claims. These days, Jonas, relies more on a level head, and sharp wit to address most concerns. Leading him to be confident in his affairs with both the mundane, or "supernatural."
