He serves under Alda and is a proper member of the Archivist in Shadows Coterie. Wei would have made a great hunter if he wasn't on the payroll and blood bound. Maybe he was a hunter at some point. He knows a lot, too much some might say, but he's friendly when he has the option to be. Unless you're a fucking Cammie prick.
