Building description:

The Tea-House (Main floor, not masquerade safe)
The House of Cups is a cafe/bar type of restaurant in a renovated Victorian house, updated to be fully accessible, with a new-age/occulty feel. It serves fair trade tea and coffee beverages, as well as fancy lemonaids, Italian sodas, craft beers, and local wines. In addition to regular seating, there is a lounge area with comfortable couches and tables for board games or tarot readings, as well as a fully functioning fireplace. There is a covered back porch with seating, as well as garden seating in good weather.
In the evenings, there is a bar that serves creative cocktails and mocktails, often ‘potion’ themed. The restaurant serves lighter fare meals, mostly soups and sandwiches, and always has weekly specials that are focused on locally sourced, in season ingredients. Groups can rsvp for High Tea and private tea parties on the weekends. Because the employees are all paid a good wage, customers are discouraged from tipping, though there is always a jar for a local charity if people insist.

The Upper Floor event space (Second floor, masquerade safe) <br> The second floor of the House of Cups is sectioned into several meeting rooms/event spaces, with two smaller meeting rooms that can be used for catered meetings, and a larger ballroom style room that can be rented for wedding receptions and other larger events. The rooms have had sound-proofing and noise mitigation, and the second floor can be reached via fancy staircase and a fully accessible elevator.

The Guest Rooms ( Haven on the third floor, masquerade safe)
The top floor of the house has been modified into a comfortable haven, with security and guards, that can provide crash space for up to five vampires.
