Devin was born in 1746 on a Virginia farm later conscripted to fight in the Revolutionary War Of 1775 at the age of 29. He was a Captain in the Revolutionary War due to his ownership of land and wealth. The Revolutionary War would change his life for ever. Between the battlefield and receiving orders Devin would visit his men in the medical tents to get there names incase they died. It was his job to write the letters to the Families if they had fallen or been missing in action, in one of the tents Devin met a Noble Woman named Elizabeth Dubwa who spoke to him of his future she was a medic tending to soldiers wounds. Devin unaware of who he was talking to was later attacked by the same person. Late one night, Devin had been shot in the liver by a rogue assassin. He was the rushed to the medical tent were Lady Dubwa was tending to the men. Later that night while Devin lay in bed Lady Dubwa came to him turning him into a Kindred after suffering from an almost fatal gunshot wound. He learned about the world in his new found form of life. Devin joined the Camarillia and has traveled the world learning and developing his skills.
In the year 1986 he was declared the Senachal of the Richmond Camarillia, under the rule of Prince Tyler. Later after Tyler’s demise Devin declared Praxis and claimed the Throne in January 2025. He has held the throne since. Devin has had much power behind the throne since the late Prince Tyler’s mysterious death. Prince Devin Zion, aims to secure his domain. Due to historical precedent Virgina holds the oldest court in all of the United States of America. It was founded on strong tradition and the power to keep it.
