Faith: Little Rock will not be handling any IC issues of Faith.
Chronicle Tenets:
Temperance - The quality of moderation or self-restraint. (National)
Humanity - Do not take life except to protect life. (Focus Group)
One more Tenet for the VSS that is to be decided by the domain’s active player base. This tenet MUST be obeyed, even if traveling to another domain’s game. You do not get a “free pass” just because you are not in Little Rock.
Convictions: Characters will have to create at least 2, though should at least have 3, Convictions (pg. 53 of LotN) that do NOT run counter to the NSS’s Chronicle tenets (and should probably uphold or support them).
Touchstones (See LotN, pg 55): Players should have at least 1 touchstone for each of their character’s convictions. These touchstones should NOT be other player characters, or NPC vampires. By default, touchstone NPCs are storyteller controlled human only NPCs. Touchstones *CAN* be your ghouls, but the act of ghouling a touchstone creates 1 or 2 stains when you do so (this stain can be in your character’s backstory).
Should a touchstone be ghouled (or embraced!) by another vampire, they are destroyed and 2 (or 3) stains are immediately incurred upon learning the ghoul’s fate. See page 133 of LotN for touchstones and stain effects.
Rapid Mass Combat: (LotN, 90-91) will be enforced. Unless stated outright, it will NOT be lethal combat. NPCs will not engage is lethal mass combat (Sabbat fanatics want prisoners for their blood ritae; FIRSTLIGHT hunters want test subjects; etc.…) but will only respond in kind.
