1799: He allies with Camarilla Kindred in Europe, chronicling the turmoil between the Lasombra and Tzimisce. While studying Sabbat strategies.
1944: Formation of the Anarch Free State. He hears of Salvador Garcia’s revolt. Though he remains loyal to no sect, he admires the Anarchs’ rejection of authority. However, their lack of structure convinces him they are ill-equipped to handle supernatural threats.
2004: Second Anarch Revolt: As Anarch influence spreads, he cautiously collaborates with some leaders in Indianapolis. He shares knowledge of supernatural threats but remains distant, wary of sect politics.
