U. A. Horribilis is an averaged height, slim man. Who recently became sheriff under prince Devin Zion, and as Veteran of the Sect War his experience and his rigid adherence to the Ivory Tower was the pivotal motivation for his appointment to the office.
Since then, he continues to endeavor in keeping in traditionas of the laws of the Ivory Tower and it's kindred in strict order. While not a pleasant sort of individual, he remains stoic in his duties, sharply cutting down any inconvenience for the prince of richmond.
